Paradise, Michigan
Unplug at the edge of the North Country
Two handcrafted cabins on 40 wooded acres overlooking Lake Superior. No Wi-Fi. No rush. Just pine, water, and silence.
Sleeps up to 6
Two cabins, each with full kitchens and wood-burning fireplaces.
Year-round access
Summer swims, fall foliage, winter snowshoeing — every season reveals a different Paradise.
A retreat built for
those who want
nothing else.
Mile Creek Cabins sits at the end of a private gravel road, where the last cell signal fades and the first stars appear. Each cabin is a standalone structure — two bedrooms, a full kitchen, a stone fireplace, and a deck that opens directly onto pine-covered trail.
We don't offer concierge service. We offer silence. The kind of silence broken only by loons at dusk and wind through white pine. If you're looking for resort amenities, this isn't it. If you're looking for a place to remember who you are, this is.
"The kind of place where you realize you forgot how quiet the world can be."
Paradise, Michigan
at the tip of the peninsula
Perched above the Whitefish Point basin on Lake Superior's southern shore, Mile Creek Cabins occupies a stretch of Upper Michigan that most visitors never reach. The drive itself — through 80 miles of uninterrupted boreal forest — is part of the experience.
Whitefish Point, home to the famous Great Lakes Shipwreck Museum and one of North America's most critical bird migration corridors, is a short drive away. Tahquamenon Falls State Park, with its twin waterfalls and cedar-covered trails, lies another hour north. But the real destination is the cabin itself.
